The Moon lands at 24 Leo opposite the Sun at 24 Aquarius at 1.53pm UT (Universal time). Allow the day before and after, for the world to catch up with itself, so we could say the typical stretch of this Moon will be seen on February 11th, 12th, 13th. Just before Saint Valentine’s Day.
